30-Day Return Window

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

1. Return Process

To initiate a return, contact us at support@roastx.shop. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Note: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. In cases of damaged or defective goods, Roastx will provide a pre-paid return label and cover all shipping costs to make it right.

3. Return Shipping & Fees

  • Restocking Fee: We do not charge any restocking fees.
  • Change of Mind: For "change of mind" returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • Shipping Labels: For defective products, we provide the label. For customer remorse, the customer handles the transit.

4. Refund Timeline

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed automatically back to your original payment method (PayPal or Credit Card) within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank to post the transaction.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Custom-made products, personalized items, and hazardous materials (such as flammable liquids) cannot be returned. Please contact us if you have concerns regarding a specific item.
