Handling, Transit, and Order Cut-Off Time
Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday).
Transit Time: Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 4–6 business days (Monday to Friday).
Order Cut-Off Time: 5:00 PM (CST) Central Standard Time. Orders placed before this time will begin processing the same day.
Total Estimated Delivery Time: You can expect your order to arrive within 5–8 business days (Monday to Friday).
Shipping Information
Methods: We offer Standard Shipping.
Shipping Rates: We offer a flat rate of $15 on all orders delivered within the United States.
Delivery Locations: Orders are shipped to the delivery address provided during checkout within the United States. We currently do not offer international shipping.
Order Modifications If you need to update or change your order, please contact us as soon as possible at Support@roastx.shop. Once an order has been shipped, changes may no longer be possible and will need to be processed as a return.
Lost or Delayed Packages If your package is delayed or appears to be lost, please contact our support team at Support@roastx.shop, and we will assist you promptly in tracking down your shipment.
Order Tracking After your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Tracking information is usually active and available to view within 24 hours after dispatch.
Cancellations
Cancellation Window: Orders may be canceled within a short period before they are processed and shipped.
Cancellation Process: To request a cancellation, please email Support@roastx.shop immediately.
Refunds: Approved cancellations will be refunded to your original payment method in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.
Incorrect Address Please ensure your shipping information is accurate at checkout. Roastx is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error before dispatch, contact Support@roastx.shop immediately. Additional charges may apply for address changes or package rerouting if the order has already been processed.
