3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you receive a damaged item, a defective product, or an incorrect item, contact us immediately at Support@roastx.shop so we can review the issue and offer a suitable solution.

Exchange availability depends on our current stock levels. Delivery times for replacement items may vary by location.
5. Restocking Fees Roastx does not charge any restocking fees for approved returns.
6. Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item at our facility, we will notify you of the refund decision.

If approved: Refunds are issued directly back to your original payment method (Credit/Debit Card or PayPal).

Processing Time: We will process your refund within 7 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned product.

Note: While we process the refund within 7 days, your bank or credit card company may take additional time to officially post the refund to your account balance.
7. Discounts and Promotions Refunds are issued based on the actual amount paid at checkout. Discounts not applied during the original purchase cannot be added retroactively and are not refundable.
