1. Return Eligibility
You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:
- The item is unused and in original condition
- All accessories, manuals, and packaging are included
- The product is not damaged or altered by the customer
Used or opened items are not eligible for return.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Item
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product:
- Contact us within 48 hours
- Send your order number + clear photos or videos
We will arrange a return, replacement, or solution quickly.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Returns are not accepted for:
- Used or opened products
- Clearance or final-sale items
- Damage caused by misuse or negligence
4. Return Process
After your return request is approved:
- You will be given the return address.
- You must ship the item back securely.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you.
- If approved, refund or replacement will be processed.
5. Return Shipping Cost
- If the item is defective or incorrect → ROASTX covers the return shipping.
- For all other returns → Customer pays return shipping cost.
