1. Return Eligibility

You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item is unused and in original condition
  • All accessories, manuals, and packaging are included
  • The product is not damaged or altered by the customer

Used or opened items are not eligible for return.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Item

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours
  • Send your order number + clear photos or videos

We will arrange a return, replacement, or solution quickly.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Used or opened products
  • Clearance or final-sale items
  • Damage caused by misuse or negligence

4. Return Process

After your return request is approved:

  1. You will be given the return address.
  2. You must ship the item back securely.
  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you.
  4. If approved, refund or replacement will be processed.

5. Return Shipping Cost

  • If the item is defective or incorrect → ROASTX covers the return shipping.
  • For all other returns → Customer pays return shipping cost.
