At Roastx, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your bag, we are here to assist you with the return and refund process.
1. Return Eligibility Window
We offer a 14-day return policy starting from the date your order is delivered to your address. To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be in its original, unused condition.
- All original tags and labels must remain attached to the bag.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging.
- Note: Return requests submitted after the 14-day window will not be accepted.
2. Items Not Eligible for Return
Please note that the following cannot be returned:
- Items marked as Final Sale or part of a clearance collection.
- Digital Gift Cards.
- Products showing signs of misuse, improper care, or standard wear and tear.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To start the process, please follow these steps:

- Provide your Order Number and a brief description of the reason for the return.
- Our team will provide you with specific return instructions and the mailing address.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived defective or incorrect. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Roastx is not responsible for lost or delayed return shipments.
4. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your bag arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs of the issue. Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
5. Refund Processing
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email notifying you of the approval status.
- Approved Refunds: Will be automatically credited back to your original payment method.
- Processing Time: Please allow 7 business days for the transaction to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
6. Exchanges
To ensure you get the style or color you want as quickly as possible, we do not offer direct exchanges. We recommend returning the unwanted item for a refund and placing a new order for the desired product.
